First separate trial from purchase
- If you are using only EA Play or Game Pass Ultimate trial access, check whether the ten playable hours have been used. Xbox says an expired trial cannot be restored or extended.
- If you bought the full game, confirm the purchasing Xbox account, the owned edition and the game version shown in the Microsoft Store.

Check the correct Xbox entry
Xbox Support directs members to the matching game listing and “Free Trial with EA Play” entry. The Series X|S and Xbox One versions are separate products; choosing the wrong entry can confuse which entitlement the console is opening. Check the installed title against the edition your account owns.
If the full game still reports expiry
Keep the exact message, purchase receipt, installed version and account details for Xbox or EA support. There is no confirmed universal fix for a purchased copy showing this error. Do not buy a second subscription or attempt a trial-extension trick on the assumption it will repair an entitlement problem.
